Natalie is lead Partner in the Abuse Claims and Personal Injury team and is based at Park Square, Leeds.
After completing her Law degree she moved to a training contract in Leeds where she qualified and continued working for a number of years building a wealth of experience in both Personal Injury and Abuse litigation.
She has since gone on to specialise in Abuse Law representing children, those who lack capacity and adult survivors nationwide. She works closely with families and survivors providing a high level of support and advice. She has considerable understanding of the Court procedures and leads in negotiation and advocacy.
She has a specialist interest in complex claims relating to public authorities including but not limited to Local Authorities and the Police which often involve Human Rights together with Article 2 Inquests.
She is a member of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers, Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the Inquest Lawyers Group and the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and has been admitted as a solicitor for over 15 years.
Natalie is recommended in The Legal 500, 2021 and won the Personal Injury Awards 2020, Claimant Lawyer of the Year.
Natalie currently works closely with charities who support Survivors of Abuse, in particular Survive North Yorkshire and Survivor’s West Yorkshire. Natalie also sits as Trustee for the Panacea Project.
