Alison joined the Court of Protection team 4 years ago having come from a strong litigation background with years of experience.
Alison’s background greatly assists with managing cases involving injury litigation, both during and post settlement, and she is uniquely placed with the relevant experience in both the claims process and managing the post settlement budget.
Alison is highly skilled in the more complex cases where applications and litigation are necessary. Alison therefore specialises in litigated cases but is able to assist with all areas of Court of Protection Work.
