A list of members of Ramsdens is open to inspection at the above registered office. The term partner is used to refer to a member of Ramsdens or an employee or consultant of Ramsdens who is a lawyer and with equivalent standing and qualifications as the members of Ramsdens.

We want to give you the best possible service. In the event that we are unable to resolve a complaint regarding our services directly with you, you may have the right to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman at Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, telephone 0300 555 0333, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit www.legalombudsman.org.uk. You must make your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final response to your complaint, and, no more than one year from the date of the act or omission complained of, or no more than one year from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority deals with matters regarding professional misconduct (such as in relation to dishonesty, discrimination and breaches of their Principles), rather than complaints about levels of service.
