The firm

Ramsdens Solicitors LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (registered number OC 316582) and our registered office is at Oakley House, 1 Hungerford Road, Huddersfield HD3 3AL. A list of members of Ramsdens is open to inspection at the above registered office. The term partner is used to refer to a member of Ramsdens or an employee or consultant of Ramsdens who is a lawyer and with equivalent standing and qualifications as the members of Ramsdens.

We are a firm of solicitors practising in England. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and are subject to the SRA Codes of Conduct 2019.

We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service that we have provided to you then you should inform us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the problem for you. In the first instance, it may be helpful to contact the individual who is working on your case to discuss any concerns. In the event that we are unable to resolve a complaint regarding our services directly with you, you may have the right to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman at Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6167, Slough, SL1 0EH, telephone 0300 555 0333, email enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk or visit www.legalombudsman.org.uk. You must make your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final response to your complaint, and, no more than one year from the date of the act or omission complained of, or no more than one year from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority deals with matters regarding professional misconduct (such as in relation to dishonesty, discrimination and breaches of their Principles), rather than complaints about levels of service.
