Emily is a Solicitor and Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Employment department.
She completed her training with Ramsdens before being admitted as a Solicitor in 2018.
Emily acts on a full range of complex commercial and civil litigation cases including in regard to breach of contract, construction, restrictive covenants, consumer rights and intellectual property. She has appeared in the county courts representing both claimants and defendants. She also deals with intellectual property matters in regard to the registration of trademarks and applications to the Intellectual Property Office.
In regard to employment law, Emily has experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has successfully supported both employer and employee clients through the Employment Tribunal process, including for claims of discrimination, unfair dismissal and equal pay. Emily also advises clients on their terms and conditions of employment, contracts and policies.
Emily is recommended in The Legal 500, 2023 for both Employment and Commercial Litigation, and has featured in The Sunday Times providing legal advice to readers.
