Emily is a Solicitor and Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution and Employment department.
Emily qualified as a solicitor at the firm in 2018 since when she has demonstrated impressive expertise, advocacy and a track record of achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.
In regard to Commercial and Civil Litigation, Emily has conduct of a full range of complex cases in the High Court of Justice and County Court relating to matters including breach of contract, construction, restrictive covenants, consumer rights and intellectual property. She also deals with intellectual property matters in regard to the registration of trademarks and applications to the Intellectual Property Office.
In regard to Employment Law, Emily deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has successfully represented both employer and employee clients through the Employment Tribunal process, including for claims of discrimination, unfair dismissal and equal pay. Emily also advises clients on their terms and conditions of employment, contracts and policies.
Emily’s dual specialisation and expertise not only broadens her professional scope but also provides clients with a holistic legal approach.
She is recommended in The Legal 500, 2024 for both Commercial Litigation and Employment, and has featured in The Sunday Times providing legal advice to readers.
Emily also assists the Training Partner at the firm as the Lead Supervisor of Trainee Solicitors.
