Alice is a Solicitor in our Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence department.

After graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2020 with a 1st Class Degree in Law and later completing the LPC LLM with Distinction in Leeds in 2021, Alice joined Ramsdens in 2021 to complete her training contact with the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.

Alice represents adults and children to achieve settlement across a range of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters. She has experience dealing with a range of different injury claims including cases involving delayed or misdiagnosis of medical conditions, elder abuse suffered within care homes, workplace accidents and ‘slips and trips.’ Alice also works closely with senior members of the team to assist with complex, high value claims involving catastrophic, life changing injuries such as amputation, brain and spinal injury.

Although she is based in our Leeds office, Alice is able to travel to any of our offices or a client’s home address, to suit an individual’s needs.

Alice specialises in:

  • Employers’ Liability
  • Public Liability

What is one legal myth that you'd love to dispel?

"Poor or disappointing treatment in a medical setting does not automatically give rise to a clinical negligence claim! The components for what amounts to ‘negligence’ is very different to the layman’s perception."
