Sam is a Solicitor in the Company and Commercial team.
Sam joined Ramsdens in 2018 having completed his Law degree at Oxford Brookes University in 2017 and his LPC LLM at the University of Law in Leeds in 2018. Sam completed his training contract with the firm and qualified in September 2022.
Sam specialises in acquisitions and disposals of both shares and assets, management buy-outs, shareholder agreements and reorganisations.
