Meryem is a solicitor in our Company and Commercial department and joined the team in September 2023.

Meryem studied law at the University of Liverpool 2015 and completed her LPC at the University of Law in Leeds in 2019.

Since joining the team, she has assisted with employee ownership trusts, acquisitions and disposals of both shares and assets, shareholder agreements and service terms and conditions.
