Ibrahim is a second-year Trainee Apprentice Solicitor currently sitting within our Corporate & Commercial department.
Ibrahim experienced life at Ramsdens in 2019, for a one-week placement, followed by two summer assistant roles in Corporate and Conveyancing. Ibrahim then joined Ramsdens full-time in July 2023 after graduating from the University of Liverpool. He is currently undertaking his training contract with the firm, alongside studying for his SQE with BPP, with the aim of qualifying in May 2026. Prior to joining the Corporate & Commercial team, Ibrahim undertook a one-year seat in the firm's Dispute Resolution department.
In his spare time, he is an avid Rugby player, playing for Sandal RUFC and a member of the Leeds Junior Lawyers Division.

"I successfully worked on a matter where we obtained an injunction to prevent a creditor from presenting a petition to wind-up our client’s company." and "I successfully worked on a matter where we obtained permission to present a bankruptcy petition against a debtor for a high five figure amount."

"Unlike TV shows, cases are not won/defended with witty one liners and last minute submissions to court."
What made you want to work in your sector?
"I have always wanted to know the legal position and solution to real life issues. I had my very first work experience with Ramsdens and my desire to work in law was cemented during this experience. I now work under the very same person I shadowed during my work experience!"
