He specialises in capital tax planning advice (predominantly Inheritance Tax), succession planning, Will drafting, estate administration (including estates with overseas property), Powers of Attorney and trust formation, management and restructuring.
James has worked in both regional and national law firms across the north and in London.
James works closely with our corporate and commercial property teams, financial advisors and accountants to ensure that everyone receives holistic advice and in the most cost effective way possible.
