Katie is a Solicitor and Senior Associate specialising in Contentious Probate and is based in our Edgerton office, Oakley House.
Katie joined Ramsdens in 2007 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2012.
Katie is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) having successfully completed the ACTAPS course.
Katie is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Katie deals with all types of contentious private client work which includes contesting wills, property issues and claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 (including claims brought by surviving spouses/cohabitees/children or others who have been maintained by the deceased).
Working alongside Ramsdens’ Court of Protection team, Katie also advises and represents client in contentious Court of Protection issues where disputes arise in relation to a vulnerable persons assets and affairs.
Katie is recommended in The Legal 500, 2021.
