Nick is a Solicitor and Senior Associate in the Injury team.

Nick qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience dealing with personal injury claims from both a claimant and defendant perspective, having worked for both “sides”. This helps him provide the best advice with a realistic outcome.

Nick deals with all matters involving negligence cases against medical and healthcare providers and has experience in handling cases of serious and life-changing injuries and those involving fatalities.

He has covered a broad spectrum of cases over the years from minor muscular injuries and delayed diagnosis to lesser known conditions such as chronic pain.

He is accredited Senior Litigation status via the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

In 2020 Nick was described as an ‘exceptional litigator’ who is ‘thorough in his approach and offers pragmatic advice’ in the Legal 500. He is often recognised by clients for his ‘integrity and competence’ and his ‘great patience and sensitivity’.
