Kirsty is an Associate in our Private Client department.
Kirsty is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Kirsty qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011 when she predominately worked in litigation before transferring her skills and expertise to specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates. Kirsty is also experienced in the severance of jointly owned properties to enable families to put in place protection from care fees, when making a Will.
Outside of Ramsdens, Kirsty volunteers annually at her local community high school, providing valuable career advice and the experience of a ‘real life’ job interview to Year 10 students at their annual ‘Futures’ event.
She has also been involved in supporting the Will Aid campaign each year and in fundraising, with her local motorcycle group, for multiple charities including those that support the provision of guide dogs and injured veterans.
Kirsty has previously enjoyed providing her support to events run by her local mental health charity and has volunteered with a local community group which supports children of primary school age and works to raise funds and offer flights to sick and deserving children.
