Emma is a Solicitor and Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team.
Emma has a great deal of experience in providing advice on a range of corporate matters, which includes leading on large corporate acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, mergers and venture capital, together with assisting companies with their corporate governance, including group re-organisations and shareholders agreements.
