Rebecca is a Partner and Solicitor within the Family team. She joined Ramsdens in 2008 as a Paralegal securing a training contract and was admitted as a Solicitor in July 2012.

Rebecca covers all aspects of Family Law which include (but is not limited to), Divorce and Financial Remedy proceedings, Separation, Children Act proceedings and Domestic Abuse. She has a particular interest in complex private Children Act Proceedings and enjoys Financial Remedy work.

Rebecca’s sensitive yet realistic approach is often favoured by clients. She tries where possible to minimise the stress of proceedings in attempting to resolve matters in an amicable and constructive way by agreement if possible to keep matters away from the Court arena.

Where this is not possible, Rebecca frequently represents parties in Court, ensuring continuity both inside and out of the Court process.

Rebecca is an accredited specialist member of Resolution where members adhere to a code of practice and she is also a recognised leading lawyer for Wiselaw. She was shortlisted in the Forward Ladies Women in Business Awards 2013 in the Young Business Woman of the Year category, and was recommended in The Legal 500, 2023.
