Adam is a Solicitor and Partner in the Company and Commercial team.
Having joined Ramsdens in 2010 following a merger with Whitfield Hallam Goodall, Adam acts for a range of clients from sole traders to large corporations and works in a broad range of sectors including healthcare, retail, industry and professional services. He also acts for a number of clients with large property portfolios. His specialisms include commercial property, company and commercial matters.
Adam deals with leases and landlord and tenant matters; property sales and purchases; business sales and purchases; shareholder agreements; joint ventures; partnerships and commercial contracts.
Recent work includes the acquisition of a former premiership rugby club and the sale of a majority stake in a nationwide joint venture to the minority shareholder.
Adam takes pride in the service he provides, delivering practical commercial advice to meet clients’ objectives.
