Claire has specialised in claims involving Personal Injury and has a wealth of experience in dealing with Road Traffic Accident claims, from Fast Track to Multi-Track including claims involving the Motor Insurers Bureau.
Claire has a developing specialism in claims involving abuse, both child and elder, which often include complex injury. Where elders are concerned, cases often involve issues surrounding Clinical Negligence.
