Ian is a Senior Associate in the Injury team and is based at our office in Leeds.
Having previously worked for a number of sector leading international law firms, Ian has accumulated over 20 years’ experience of handling complex injury claims, including brain injury. Ian specialises in employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability and road traffic accident claims. He also specialises in claims involving clinical negligence against medical and healthcare providers.
Ian is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in The Legal 500, 2021 edition. Ian has earned an excellent reputation as a highly successful litigator and is an active member of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
