Julie is a Solicitor and Partner in the Commercial Property team.

Julie qualified in 1990 and worked in the Commercial Property Department in firms in Sheffield, Derby and, for the last 14 years, in Huddersfield, joining Ramsdens in 2019.

She has been involved in all areas of property transactions:-

• Site acquisitions/disposals for residential and commercial property developers;
• Commercial property freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;
• Secured lending;
• Commercial property leases acting for landlord or tenant on high street, shopping centre and industrial sites;
• Agricultural farms and farmland sales and purchases.
