Lindsay Samuels

Lindsay is a Fee Earner specialising in Personal Injury.

Lindsay deals with all types of personal injury work including road traffic accidents, employers liability (accidents at work), public liability (including slips and trips) and occupiers liability.

She is also experienced in dealing with claims to the Motor Insurers Bureau for road traffic accidents involving uninsured or untraced drivers and claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority for criminal injuries and also has experience in dealing with multiple injuries and fatal accidents.

Lindsay is an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives.
