Abuse Partner Natalie Marrison discusses a recent report, in which the Joint Committee on Human Rights said cuts to Legal Aid have left them with “grave concerns for access to justice”.

The Joint Committee has now published its report on the draft Domestic Abuse Bill calling for it to be amended to offer greater protection to victims of domestic abuse.
