Stephen Newman, Partner and Head of our Company and Commercial department has discussed the Supreme Court's decision in the Financial Conduct Authority v Arch Insurance (UK) Ltd and others test case. This case relates to claims for business interruption and has been expedited to the Supreme Court, which has now ruled on various standard policy wordings in a way which may permit claims for business interruption which were rejected by insurers to be pursued.

Ramsdens have the necessary experience to be able to assist clients in dealing with these claims if insurers still refuse to pay.
