We want your views….

Our Employment team have created a short survey to evaluate the level of confidence among employers of different sizes in dealing with common and less common issues that arise day to day within a workforce.

We hope that by participating, the level of awareness of issues will rise (which may be a benefit in itself) and may assist you in setting your people agenda, further improving the effectiveness of HR functions, working alongside business leaders and other decision-makers.

For the purposes of this survey, we are defining 'confidence' as your instinctive assessment as to how your organisation handles difficult issues, in line with its values, commercial imperative and ability to defend successfully an Employment Tribunal complaint or any combination of those issues. Balancing all of these considerations can be difficult.

We are seeking instinctive responses and, as such, believe this survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
