Simon Mills

Simon is a partner and heads the real estate group of our commercial department.

He practices in all areas of property transactions and specialises in: site acquisition and development for both residential and commercial clients; commercial leases, whether from a landlord or tenant perspective, including new leases, renewals and licences, and secured lending.

Simon also takes a lead role in Ramsdens’ Academies team, advising schools in relation to academy conversion and handling the property and commercial transfer elements of the process.
