Lindsey Frith

Lindsey is a Commercial Property Solicitor dealing predominantly with freehold and leasehold residential property development and sales.

In addition to this she specialises in hotel investment schemes, lease extension and enfranchisement and company incorporations.

The property development side of her work includes drafting freehold and leasehold documentation to suit bespoke property development schemes. This area of work heavily relies upon quick turnarounds and organised, efficient structures to facilitate early exchanges and completions, which in turn assists and maintains client cashflow.

Lindsey has experience of charity structures through being a Trustee of the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust.
