Jill McCurdy

Jill is a Partner within the Family team and specialises in child law and is a member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel and is an experienced advocate.

Jill also specialises in adoption matters and special guardianship cases and can advise foster carers, adoptive parents and other guardians in all aspects of child law, including educational issues.

She can also deal with all other children cases, usually the more complex disputes regarding residence and contact.
