Role:
- Taking on an existing commercial case load acting for a wide range of property clients
- Involvement in marketing and business development for the commercial property team and wider business
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to develop client relationships are essential, along with strong business development and commercial awareness
- Based in either Leeds or Halifax
Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years plus PQE
- Solicitor with experience from either a large regional or national firm preferred
- Good technical, drafting and negotiation skills
- A solid team player, who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ties to West Yorkshire or Huddersfield region
