Sarah is a Solicitor and Partner in the Private Wealth and Succession team and has been qualified as a solicitor for over 30 years.
She specialises in Tax, Trusts, Wills and Estates advice for individuals with private wealth and their families and has particular expertise in succession planning and asset protection with the use of trusts and tax efficient wills and also deals with the preparation and registration of both types of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Sarah acts in the administration of complex and high value estates which include claims for Agricultural and Business Property Relief and has acted as an Attorney for an Executor living abroad. She has also been appointed as an independent executor in disputed estates.
Sarah is involved with numerous charitable organisations including the Overgate Hospice and Sturge Weber UK and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
