Saima is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team and is based at our Edgerton office.
Saima qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 at a firm in Bedford before relocating to the North in 2023. She has 12 years’ experience in Real Estate.
Saima works with developers, investors, landlords, tenants, portfolio owners and high net-worth clients. She has a track record of dealing with complex commercial transactions and has a loyal client following which is a testament to the service that she delivers.

What are your career highlights?
“My biggest achievement would be becoming the youngest female Director at one of my previous firms. I was honoured to become a Director at 5 year PQE due to my exceptional performance, reputation and client service.”
What is one legal myth that you’d love to dispel?
“A common myth I would like to dispel is that solicitors just push paperwork and they don’t add much value to a transaction. In reality, solicitors play a crucial role in protecting clients from serious risks whether legal or financial. From reviewing documents and undertaking due diligence to identifying title issues or problematic clauses, we ensure that the transaction is legally sound and the client’s interests are protected. Many people only realise the importance of a good solicitor when something goes wrong but, it is our job to make sure it doesn’t!”
What made you want to work in your role/law?
“Real Estate gives me the freedom to be entrepreneurial – whether it’s building a client base, managing deals, or even developing properties in the future.”
