Rachel is a Senior Associate within the Child Law team at Ramsdens.
Rachel specialises in family matters mostly relating to divorce and resolving disputes concerning arrangements for the children, following the breakdown of a relationship.
Further, Rachel also helps clients who have suffered or are suffering from domestic abuse. This can involve taking urgent instructions and obtaining an injunction from the Court, on the same day, to protect the client.
