Phoëbe is a Paralegal in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department, based at our Leeds Office
She graduated from Leeds Trinity University in 2021 with a First Class Degree in Law. Phoëbe has also just completed her SQE course with Masters at BPP University
Phoëbe joined Ramsdens in August 2022, having started off assisting one of the Senior Associates, to now progressing onto a Paralegal role, continuing to assist the Senior Associate and Partner in the team.
She is also a member of the Leeds District Medico-Legal Society, attending monthly lectures.
Phoëbe’s main areas of work include Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Criminal Injury Compensation Claims. She holds a case load of CICA claims, helping those who are victims of violent crime receive compensation through a government scheme.

What is one legal myth that you’d love to dispel?
“That not all Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases go to court. Most cases will often settle or conclude before court proceedings are even issued!”
What made you want to work in your role / law?
“I have always wanted to be a voice for those who feel as though they do not have one.”
