Paul is a Solicitor in our Probate, Wills and Trust department.
He joined Ramsdens in 2022 and is a Family Law Solicitor based at the Huddersfield office.
Paul works in a specialist team which predominantly deals with Intestate Matters in which no Will is present and deals with Grant applications based on the Rules of Intestacy, rather than the contents of a Will.
Prior to joining our Private Client department, Paul was a solicitor in our Family Department dealing with all aspects of family law including divorce, problems concerning contact with children and the division of property and other assets upon the breakdown of the marriage. Paul's previous experience before joining Ramsdens was in Family, Civil Litigation and Employment Law which also proves useful in his current role.
Away from work much of Paul’s time is taken up by coaching a local rugby league team and helping run the rest of the junior rugby league club as their chairman.
