Nick is a Solicitor and Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution team.
Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has over 20 years’ experience in acting in commercial and property disputes. He has been a partner in both regional commercial firms as well as an international law firm.
Nick’s specialisms are in commercial and residential property litigation, where he has acted both for small and large businesses as well as individuals. He also has extensive procurement disputes experience.
However, Nick has a wide commercial disputes background and has acted both for the public and private sectors.
Nick is a qualified mediator as he is very keen where possible to try and resolve disputes without the necessity of court proceedings. He is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and is the Partner within Ramsdens responsible for Money Laundering Compliance.
Outside of work Nick is a qualified rugby referee and a committee member of his local rugby club.
Nick is a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500, 2026 and is described as an ‘outstanding leader and property litigator’.
