Niamh is a Solicitor in our Family Department. She is based at our Ramsden Street office, in Huddersfield.
Niamh qualified in September 2025, having completed her Training Contract with the firm. Throughout her Training Contract, Niamh experienced a wide range of practice areas including Private Wealth and Succession, Real Estate, Court of Protection Health and Welfare, Child Law and Family Law. Throughout these seats, Niamh developed her skillset and is able to confidently build a strong working relationship with clients.
In 2021, Niamh achieved a First Class Honours degree at The University of Huddersfield and thereafter went onto complete her Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law at The University of Law in Leeds, whilst working as a Legal Assistant with the firm.
Whilst working and studying, Niamh also volunteered at a local youth club working with young children and organising activities for them.
Niamh is approachable, friendly and prides herself on her client care.
Niamh works closely with The University of Huddersfield, taking part in their mentoring scheme for law students and also working with the Legal Advice Clinic, offering free assistance to members of the public who would otherwise have no access to legal help.

What made you want to work in your sector?
“I wanted to pursue a career in Family Law, as it is often complex and challenging. I am committed to helping clients, who are often at the most vulnerable stages of their life and I wish to help them navigate the next part of their journey.”
