Kiera is a Paralegal in our Corporate & Commercial team.
Kiera is based at Oakley House- Head Office. Kiera joined Ramsdens shortly after graduating from the University of Huddersfield in 2023.
Kiera works alongside Partners and Solicitors assisting with their transactional and non-transactional matters, providing effective support and guidance to clients. Kiera is directly responsible for company incorporations, preparing documentation, undertaking detailed legal research and collaborates with the Conveyancing Department to amend the Articles of Association for their Corporate clients.
At every opportunity Kiera represents Ramsdens at networking events and is a member of the Kirklees and Calderdale Junior Lawyers Division.
Dedicated to improving her local area, Kiera volunteers with The River Holme Connections, contributing towards preserving and improving the River Holme and the surrounding area.
Do you have any accolades or awards?
“I received the prize titled ‘Best Year 3 Student’ for achieving the highest overall grade average during the final year of my undergraduate law degree.”
