Joseph is a Solicitor in our Private Wealth and Succession team.
Joseph qualified as a solicitor in 2024. A large focus of his training being on Private Client and Probate matters, providing him with experience in dealing with a wide variety of individual circumstance when preparing Wills and advising on inheritance positions on estates.
Joining Ramsdens to specialise in intestate estates, Joseph has broad understanding of the complex Rules of Intestacy, being able to determine entitlement to an estate based on family connection.
