Joanne is a Senior Associate in our Conveyancing department.
She joined Ramsdens in 2001 from an estate agency background, and heads up our dedicated Remortgaging Services Department.
Joanne and her team have the experience and knowledge to deal with any aspect of refinancing property, including acting for companies remortgaging buy to let properties and they can handle the transfer of ownership of property at the same time if needed.
Having undertaken such work for almost 25 years, Joanne has the experience and knowledge to deal with any re mortgage both residential and buy-to-let and can also handle the transfer of ownership of the property at the same time if required.
