Joanne is a Licensed Conveyancer in our Conveyancing department.
Joanne started working at a law firm in Halifax at the age of 16 as an Office Junior. She joined Ramsdens in 2004 working in the conveyancing department and has over 20 years fee earning experience. She completed the level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and went on to complete the level 6 Diploma qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2018. Joanne deals with all types of residential property including sales, purchases, new builds, right to buy, leasehold property and unregistered titles. She also deals with corporate purchase transactions together with Assignment of Beneficial Interests.
