“I specialise in residential property law with a particular expertise in newbuild transactions, residential sale and purchases, transfers of equity and adverse possession. I have spent some years working in-house for a developer which has given me valuable insight into the developer process, allowing me to offer practical, commercially minded advice to both individual and developer clients.”

What is one legal myth that you’d love to dispel?

“A lot of people worry that lawyers might be difficult to approach or speak in complicated legal terms. In my experience, that’s not the case. I always try to explain things clearly and simply, so clients feel comfortable and understand what’s happening throughout the process.”

What made you want to work in your role / law?

“I was drawn to law because it offers the chance to genuinely help people navigate important moments in their lives. It’s a respected profession that challenges you to think carefully and find practical solutions. I appreciate being able to support clients through sometimes complex or stressful situations, making a real difference with clear advice and guidance.”
