Gareth is a Solicitor and Partner in our Employment department. He qualified as a solicitor in 2000.
With excellent experience from his previous firms in London and Manchester; he acts exclusively in Employment Law issues for a wide range of employers.
He is also regularly instructed by clients in the sports industry to deal with sponsorship and merchandising agreements, disputes and player transfers, and is available to comment on all aspects of sports law.
Gareth’s notable cases include successfully defending a family accused of race and sex discrimination by a live-in nanny. Lasting five weeks, this was a high-profile trial featured in the press.
Outside of work, Gareth puts his passion for sports into practice and enjoys coaching a local junior football club.
