Biography And Reviews
Emily is a second year Trainee Solicitor, currently in her third seat in our Private Wealth & Succession department. She is based at the firm’s Holmfirth office.
During the first year of her training, Emily’s previous seats were in our Conveyancing and Real Estate departments. Her most recent seat was in our Intestacy department and has reignited a passion for all things Private Client. Emily is undertaking the training contract with a view to qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2026.
Having obtained a first-class honours degree in Law from the University of Huddersfield alongside a Distinction in the Masters in Law and Practice (LPC) in 2021, Emily joined Ramsdens in 2022 as a Conveyancing Assistant before starting the training contract.
In her spare time, Emily is an avid reader and thoroughly enjoys baking with her family and friends. She is also a member of both the Huddersfield and Dewsbury Incorporated Law Society and the Kirklees and Calderdale Junior Lawyers Division, where she regularly attends networking events within West Yorkshire.
