Chris is a Partner and Solicitor in the Real Estate team.
Chris qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 before joining Ramsdens in 2017 after working at a large international firm.
He has acted on behalf of institutional investors, pension funds and listed companies in respect of investment sales and purchases, and a wide range of asset management matters. He has also acted on behalf of, and on the other side to, several household names in the retail sector in respect of landlord and tenant matters, including in respect of high value city centre and out of town lettings. Chris acts for a range of property developers and has undertaken development work in the residential, logistics, retail, education and primary healthcare sectors.
