Amy Binns is a first-year Trainee Solicitor currently undertaking her first seat in the Real Estate department. Amy’s previous experience is primarily within Residential Property after working as a Conveyancer at a previous law firm.
Amy studied at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2021, and then went on to complete the LPC part-time for 2 years. After graduating from the University of Law in Leeds in 2023, Amy began working at Ramsdens Solicitors as a Paralegal in the Real Estate department in preparation for her first seat as a Trainee Solicitor.
What is one legal myth that you'd love to dispel?
‘You don’t know what you don’t know’ – this is a myth when it comes to the law. Ignorance to the law is no defence.
What made you want to work in your role/law?
"I enjoy making client’s transactions as seamless as possible, alleviating the stresses which are inevitable in some legal transactions."
