Amber is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Real Estate department.
Amber qualified as a Solicitor in 2018, and joined Ramsdens after completing her training contract with a Wakefield based law firm. She has over 9 years’ experience in Conveyancing, along with a Masters in Law and Practice Degree which incorporates an LLB and LPC.
Amber deals with all aspects of Commercial sales/purchases, including commercial leases and plot sales. She also assists with residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity’s.
Amber specialises in:
- Residential Conveyancing including sale and purchase of freehold or leasehold properties
- Remortgages, transfer of equity’s and shared ownership properties
- Commercial Property including sale and purchase of freehold or leasehold commercial premises which may be subject to occupational leases as well as plot sales
- Drafting of new leases
- Telecommunication agreements
- Deed of Variations and Deed of Surrenders
