Adam is a first year Trainee Solicitor in his first seat in our Dispute Resolution department. He is based at the firm’s Leeds office.
Prior to becoming a trainee at Ramsdens, Adam’s studied at York St John University, completing his LLB in 2021 and his LPC in 2022. After graduation, Adam then joined our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team as a Paralegal, specialising in high-value claims.
Within Adam’s role in the Dispute Resolution team, he undertakes and assists on a variety of matters including, but not limited to- Contractual Disputes, Loan Agreements, Construction Disputes, Boundary Disputes and Professional Negligence.
As part of the specialist team, he assists individuals and companies to resolve disputes and is well versed in dealing with both, pre-action (before the Court’s involvement), and litigated claims.
Outside of Adam’s legal career, he has a keen interest in sports and actively engaged in squash, football, rugby league and formula 1.
What is one legal myth that you’d like to dispel?
“That all personal injury claims go to court. In reality, only two to three percent of claims are heard at trial.”
What made you want to work in law?
“People often seek legal help during some of the most pivotal moments in their lives. The opportunity to ease those moments for others and to make a meaningful impact when it matters most, is what drew me to the legal profession.”
