Richard Bennett, Consultant for Ramsdens’ Company and Commercial department, has recently advised on the acquisition of Eurostick SL, a Spanish market leader in the testing, consulting, and on-site supervision of industrial floors for the logistics sector, on behalf of CoGri Group (representing Face Consultants Ltd) and Flat Ingenierie (representing Qualidal).
The joint venture, which was delivered through the group companies, will bring an extended range of flooring services under Eurostick SL, including floor design, repair and upgrading flatness of very narrow aisle.
