We are aware of the cyber attack on the Legal Aid Agency.
At this point in time, we do not know the extent to which any client or applicant’s personal data may have been compromised and await updates from the LAA.
If you have previously submitted an application for Legal Aid, at this stage we can only urge caution and vigilance around your own personal details, and care when dealing with unsolicited emails or calls from third parties.
