About Us
Arrangements for continued provision of services by Ramsdens
All of us at Ramsdens are very conscious of the
concern and worry that many of our clients and contacts may have regarding the
social and economic impact of Covid-19, and we wanted to reassure our clients
of the measures we will be taking to ensure that we continue to provide a high
level of client service.
In light of the most
recent government advice (updated 5 January 2021) we anticipate that, during
this time, most meetings will be held remotely and replaced by a telephone call
or video conferencing via various platforms including Skype, Zoom, Microsoft
Teams, Facetime & WhatsApp.
Should you wish to take
advantage of these services please contact the person dealing with your matter
to make the necessary arrangements.
The majority of our
solicitors and support staff will be working remotely from home. Those people
working from home have remote access to our practice management system,
document sharing, telephone lines and email and are able to work more or less
as normal.
If you are unable to meet
virtually, please call to discuss the possibility of making an appointment. We
will try to accommodate all necessary appointments.
Meetings are available at a limited number of our
offices and are by appointment only. In accordance with current Government
guidance, please wear a face mask and maintain social distancing at 2 metres
throughout the meeting. Hand sanitisers are available on entry and exit of the
building.
We will email you once an appointment is booked
with full information of your meeting and confirm the time, date and location.
If you feel unwell or have any symptoms, we ask
that you do not enter our offices.
As a firm we remain committed to provide a full
and uninterrupted service and thank you for working with us to ensure that we
minimise the negative impact.
If you have any concerns or queries please get in touch with your usual contact, call 01484 821 500 or email info@ramsdens.co.uk.
