We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join our busy team based at our Edgerton office in Huddersfield.
We are looking for someone who can apply themselves to assist with a busy case load. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience within commercial property, to include Sales and Purchases and having a basic understanding of landlord and tenant matters would be desirable. However, consideration would be given to those with a background in residential conveyancing if you have had experience running your own matters.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels, both internal and external.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied, busy hands-on support role. You will be a conscientious, proactive and a thorough team player who takes pride in delivering quality work.
