On Friday 13th a team of 16 Ramsdens Solicitors staff will be taking to the courts for eight hours of continuous squash all in aid of this year’s Red Nose Day.

The event in which Ramsdens Solicitors hope to raise much needed funds the charity will see the staff play squash from 9am – 5pm.

The athletic feat was brain child of Marketing Director Sinead Sopala when keen tennis player Richard Noble mentioned in passing that he had played squash against fellow colleague Anne Scott, and lost spectacularly. A few days later, Ramsdens #getSquashed had a court kindly donated by Queens Sports Club in Halifax and a number of eager team members ready to take part.

Sinead commented: “Spending a full working day on court, instead of at court in an attempt to raise money for #RND2015 seemed like a great idea…..players of all abilities will be taking part and the biggest challenge of the day will be maintaining our funny faces (which is this year’s Red Nose Day theme).”
