The top disputes amongst neighbours listed in the article included; fences and boundaries, noise or nuisance, pets, shared driveways and right of way, trespass and trees and hedges, as well as tips on how to solve or avoid them.
Commenting on these disputes, Nick said: “I always advise clients to be careful about legal action — even if you win, the next day you still have to live next to that person. And if you plan to sell you will have to disclose the dispute to the next buyer.”
